How to book and what to expect when you come in.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online any time, or call us at (725) 272-5968.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. Every new client can start with a complimentary full consultation. We'll talk through your goals and build a treatment plan that's right for your skin and body.
Where are you located?
We're at 320 E Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Get directions.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. Saturdays are by appointment, and we're closed on Sundays.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Each treatment has its own pre-care, and we'll send you instructions before your visit. You'll also find pre- and post-care details on each treatment page, like Intimate Skin Lightening and Teeth Whitening.

What treatments do you offer?
We offer medspa treatments and recovery therapies under one roof:
- Laser & Light, Microneedling, Clinical Facials and Chemical Peels
- Intimate Skin Lightening and Teeth Whitening
- Health & Wellness: Normatec compression, Power Plate, vibroacoustic therapy and PEMF
I'm not sure which treatment I need. Where do I start?
Book a complimentary consultation. We'll look at your skin, talk about your goals and recommend the right treatment, or combination of treatments, for you.
Can I combine treatments?
Often, yes. Many of our treatments work well together, such as Laser Genesis with microneedling or a HydraFacial, or Power Plate with Normatec compression. We'll recommend the best combination at your consultation.
Do you offer training for estheticians?
Yes. Our Bleach Your Peach masterclass teaches licensed estheticians how to offer intimate brightening in their own practice.

A2 Reserve membership

What is A2 Reserve?
A2 Reserve is our monthly membership. Choose from three levels (Essential, Elevate or Optimize) for member savings on services and skincare, Lymphatic Support and more. See all membership options.
How does my monthly Reserve work?
Your full monthly membership amount is deposited into your Reserve. It rolls over month to month, so you can use it right away or build toward a higher-value treatment. Your money stays yours.
What's included with every membership?
Every A2 Reserve level includes member pricing on services and skincare, plus Lymphatic Support with Power Plate and Normatec compression. Higher levels add a Monthly Wellness Perk, priority booking and more.
How do I join?
Ask us at your next visit or at your consultation, and we'll enroll you. You can also explore the levels online.
Policies
Refund policy
A2 Wellness & MedSpa does not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. This applies to services, products and training classes. You may not obtain a credit or apply your total amount toward any other products or services. Products that leave our building may not be returned. We reserve the right to uphold this policy.
